  And you know this how? I don't condone what this guy has done (leaving his family), however, there is no proof to date that he had any kind of physical relationship with her before she turned 18. I don't understand why there is all the outrage at this point. Had she never been a student at the school he taught, just some other 18 year old that he left his family for, it wouldn't be any different than any other man that has left his family for another woman OF LEGAL AGE. They may be bums for leaving their children (is he completely out of their life now of his own decision?), but it is not an uncommon thing.

  It's never what you know, it's what you can prove. And as I stated, until it is proven that he had some sort of relationship that was considered illegal, the guy will not be in any trouble. I haven't said the evidence doesn't exist, I said it hasn't been presented to this date.
