I've seen it as well, but don't see how it could really piss your off if someone doesn't do it. It saves you about 5 seconds max.

If the cops sees someone going 35 in a 45 with a mile of traffic behind them in clear weather and dry roads (which is what pisses me off) they are probably getting pulled over. If you cruise past a cop at 10 under with no one behind you, or there is 10" of snow on the ground, then they won't bother you.
Bullshit. No one is getting pulled over for going 35 in a 45.

The Sheriff has done it on Havens Corners multiple times that I have seen. It's a major problem. It's one of the major routes from Pataskala to the Airport/Easton and they try to keep it as unclogged as possible.

We had "drive your tractor to school day" and a trapshooting team.

    Not country enough you say?

    Balling-

Later, the meaning was expanded from just "dancing" to "having a great time". Around the same time the song came out, the expression was used by railroad workers to mean "going at full speed." It's not clear whether the dance or railroad reference came first.

For further info see Jim Jones "we fly high"
or lil wayn "stunting like my daddy"

    hope this helps

It pisses me off how they never think they are wrong, even when the rule book clearly states they are wrong. They always have to find a way to get involved in the match too, i.e. penalizing a the leading wrestler with a stall call(yes I realize most posters don't know wtf im talking about) at the end of a match, even though he was pressing action the whole match. It also pisses me off how the fellow refs will always run to their "brother's" defense no matter how shitty the call is. These types of refs seem to show up the most during the most important time of the year for wrestlers (sectionals, districts, state).

Cue someone's QQ comments (probably failhook).

Coaches and little Johnny's dad who think I'm the reason little Johnny lost. Have never read a rule book or ever think that their wrestler is stalling, ever!!! :)

Auglaize County is pretty country, and I don't think I ever saw what ETB describes. I've driven on the shoulder to pass someone who was turning left, but that's VERY common.
  • FatHobbit
I've never seen what ETB is describing either. I wonder if it's a regional thing?

As a coach I have only blamed the ref once for my guy's loss. All of the coaches agreed.

Most refs don't know how to call stalling, sorry to burst your bubble. Particularly on the mat. In Ohio if the top guy doesn't turn his guy in 15 seconds he is dinged for stalling even if all the bottom man is doing is maintaining his base.

Trust me I know, from your vantage point your wrestler is always working to improve and score LOL.
