Any Hikers?

Get to the top and take in the scenery maybe even toss the frisbee around. You will feel like you are on top of the world.

And if you want you can base jump to the bottom.....I did not do this but I can say that the trek down the cables was a bit nerve racking. If you do this you will never forget it.

Yeah, I head to various trails around the DC area a few times a year. The stable trail we always do is the Billy Goat trail, north west DC area.
Last Fall, we all went down to the Shenandoah Valley in VA, grabbed a cabin for the weekend, and hiked some of the trails there. Awesome sights in the fall.

    Hiking is for pussies.

White water canoeing in bear country is what men do.

Nice. I in fact did the 100k long canoe trip and saw a bear while canoeing down River Dumoine.

Granted, I was horrible and tipped a couple times in the white water.

    Still beats hiking.

The rafts would be fun. Do you remember what class the white water ya did? Those big rafts go down some class 5's I'm pretty sure.

Meh. I white-watered in China with those slant-eyed bastards chasing me while riding on angry grizzly bears.
