  I don't know if a lot have. I went over there once just to see what was up. There were so many ads, it was hard to navigate. Also, the set up here is so much more aesthetically pleasing compared to over there. Over there still looks like a website from ~2003. This site has a fresh, clean, modern look to it. That alone is enough for me to not go back over there. Factor in all the crap that has gone down, and I'll never go over there to post; probably won't read either. Dropping the fee and "expecting" us exiles to just come back is kind of an insult to us; like we were just sitting at home clicking the refresh button just waiting for the day. Like others have said, it won't last forever.

  Once they went free I took it as Justin won the 'War'. They caved and their site doesn't look a lot busier than it did when it was pay. (Well the ST/I and some forums aren't real busy)

  They're running a 5 year old version of vBulletin to start with, then stripped it down to look like total shit/like it did before so all of the old people could figure it out to boot.

  It's a website cater to HS athletics. HS athletes range in age from 13-18. So obviously they try to keep it clean some. If you've never heard of the law, anyone under 18 is a minor. Minors are legally not allowed to look, purchase or listen to profanities/pornographies in publications.

  And I'm going to assume, by Justin repping everyone who bashes me, that he is on the side of the 10 posters who are so pissed off they'll insult their own to feel better. That's sad, Justin has done a great job with this site so far....and I wanted to see him knock them out of the water. But obviously he is more willing to sit back and mock them than do something to beat them.
  
  There is a reason why over 50% of the regular posters on this site have poster over there already...think about that before being complete dicks.

  There is nothing illegal about profanity and high school aged kids. There are issues with broadcasting, but that's different. Generally the ratings on Albums, Movies, etc. are because of self-regulation from the industry as they just don't want the government involved. So that argument doesn't hold water. Besides, we also don't allow profanity in the HS forums. But no reason adults can't use it.
  
  And you want Justin to "respond" to them. Dumb. Maybe Justin isn't as obsessed with other sites as you apparently are. Justin has a functional site working in the manner he sees fit. He doesn't take this shit too seriously. He doesn't throw temper tantrums when people do something he doesn't agree with or mentions another site. JJ/Mods and the ownership of that site have really alienated their posters because of CONTINUOUS dumb decisions. It's not like the pay/free/pay/free thing is just the last episode. It's been going on for a while. Finally people got sick of their shit and left. A message board is nothing without posters. They thought the message board was the important aspect itself.

  Only law that applies to a message board regarding ages is that they have to be 13 to register on their own, I believe
