    "He helped lay out uniforms, got water. He even gave a couple of kids shoulder massages. Creepy stuff like that," said Jim Haussler, activities director for the Bismarck Public School District.
    So a guy who clearly has no association with the team shows up and starts doing "creepy stuff like that", and nobody objects? That seems odd.

    I would love to see him in action though. Just launching himself at an unsuspecting target.

    This must be normal attire at HS basket ball games? Nobody even seems surprised by the troll in a basketball uni.
