I had it put on my buff chicken today. Usually get it on regular chicken -

SonofanumpThanks, but not looking for calories and not subway specific, looking to which bread from any sub place is the most whole grain and least enriched.

I Wear PantsI've stopped eating at Subway. Not for any real complaint or ethical reason or anything, just don't want it anymore. Maybe it's the cost, even with a $5 footlong I'll get a tea or something and it ends up being like $8 which I could use to get a better meal elsewhere.
