    There was a county in WV where asians represented 0% and went up 100%. Rofl 1 asian.

    Likely engineers and other professionals who moved to Genoa Township, Delaware and Lewis Center in the past decade. They wouldn't be the only ethnicity to do so.

    Vinton County, Ohio...0% Asians +109%. Smallest county in terms of population in the state.

    Mercer County. 0% Other Groups...+617%

    Warren is up at least 130% in Asian, Multi, Other Groups and Hispanics.

    Hard to believe only 14% of people in summit county are black. They must all reside in the area around campus. Im definitely a minority here.
