Rollin in the Deep is played out...but its ridiculous how good her voice is live.karen lotz;1084224 wrote:Should have sung Someone Like You -
Ironman92She's had 4 damn songs and everyone acts like she's the Billboard Princess back after a long absence. She's pretty smooth and pretty powerful....but her play on XM makes me crazy and the Grammys picks one of these people every few years and wears the shit out of them.

Ironman92Man or woman?
-
Ironman92Man...I think, but he doesn't really want to be.
-
killer_ewokAdele sounded amazing.

wildcats20I really hope they have someone up there that he recognizes....

Ironman92So far Glen Campbell has been the best of the old farts.

Ironman92Adele? Who?

chicago510No Whitney tributes yet? Color me surprised.

I mean she is extremely talented and her album has been a huge success. Compare that to the Oscars who nominated a movie like Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close for Best Picture. It has been a commercial and critical failure, and it cheapens an award. At least Adele's popularity with the Grammy's has been backed by the critical and commercial success.Ironman92;1084232 wrote:She's had 4 damn songs and everyone acts like she's the Billboard Princess back after a long absence. I saw a rumor that Jennifer Hudson was going to do one...chicago510;1084249 wrote:No Whitney tributes yet? Color me surprised.
My guess is if they do one, it will be the last performance of the show. -

Yeah...only the flashback of her performance....running low on time with all the stuff left. I don't think they should end the show with it...but it's been one of the best Grammys I can remember so I'm sure they'll get it right. -
ohiotiger33I think they will do it right before Paul. And Paul and his beatles songs will close the show.

Yea, I agree. I mean she died yesterday. Kinda like how MJ died right before the BET Awards. They weren't prepared for thatwildcats20;1084252 wrote:I saw a rumor that Jennifer Hudson was going to do one...
