Judge declares Seaworld Whales are not Slaves

  • Apple
It's the first time a federal judge has heard arguments to possibly granting Constitutional rights to animals.
PETA says the wild-captured orcas are enslaved by SeaWorld because they are held in concrete tanks against their will and forced to perform in shows at its parks in San Diego and Orlando, Fla.

If a whale was declared a slave. The same logic would apply to cats and dogs. IMO. PETA = GTFOWTS

The judge didn't declare anything. He dismissed the case. Which he should have.

A dolphin calf, estimated at 9 months old, got a little unexpected attention Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, after being seen tangled in monofilament fishing line. SeaWorld Orlando's animal rescue team responded and captured the calf and its mother, removed the fishing line and then released the pair of dolphins. (Video provided by SeaWorld)
