  This is a collection of snapshots of Facebook and Twitter posts and comments about Onion articles, thinking that the article is actually true.
  
  I stumbled upon this from an article about a Louisiana Congressman that fell for the article "Planned Parenthood Opens $8 Billion Abortionplex"
  
  
  
  Hilarious. There's a ton on there.
  
  As a frequent reader of The Onion, and someone who posts articles on Facebook all the time I am actually shocked that I have never run into this on my Facebook wall. Maybe I'm just not friends with any dumb people?

  I know someone who got an email fwd about a traffic stop and DUI arrest, and believed it to be true.
  
  It was actually a clip from Reno 911. When I told this person and laughed....he got pissed! He had fwd it to everyone he knew thinking it was real!
  
  
  I kinda got caught with an Onion article last week. On another site someone posted a link about a girl getting euthanized because she was a vegetable and all she could do was text and say stuff was gay. I didnt read it but commented how that how many kids are like this, and that it sounded like an article from The Onion.

  I posted the pic of the Congressman who poated the abortion complex on facebook on mine, and I had people start commenting about how terrible abortion is :laugh:

  These people make me want to stab someone (them). It's like they can't even hear the word abortion (or gay marriage or whatever other hot button issues are out there) without giving their fucking opinion. I love that people have differing opinions than me, I just love it more when they keep it to themselves. Hell, even the people that I agree with I'd prefer if they shut up about shit. Like is every form of media/social interaction a fucking platform for people to argue about politics/morality?

  This happened with my father in law; might have been the same video. The drunk driver and the cop started doing a bunch of goofy shit, and he showed it to me and sent it out to a bunch of people. Told him it was from Reno 911 and he felt like a dumbass.

  yeah...has to be the same one. the dude was passing all the tests and the big tit blonde cop said something like he is a good dancer, and he said he only dances well when he is drunk!

  Abortion is only terrible until you need your girlfriend or mistress to get one. Then it is all like.. "Thank you Roe v. Wade"!
