Wilco on Conan O'Brien. Song rip off?

  Any Wilco fans here? I'm not all that familiar w them other than a couple songs. "Drown" used to get alt radio airplay in the 90's and I heard "Tear-stained Eye" somewhere and downloaded it; like it a lot.
  
  Anyway, I heard them sing this "Whole Love" song the other night and swore I'd heard the rhythm before. It took me a while but I placed it.

  Ok, I found an acceptable version. Sorry I couldn't find the studio one. They flat out stole the guitar riff IMO.
