    I don't disagree. I don't think it qualifies as random though.

    I've been doing Insanity for two weeks now, that has an infinitely larger roll than a fucking pill of cinnamon. I get that.

    I take about 20 pills a day Advocare has a strip pack of vitamins and a couple add ons. The products have allowed me to go from 234 lbs to 155 since March

    ProBiotic Restore – 1 capsule
    Before Lunch Color Packet
    Calcium Plus – 2 caplets
    BioTherm – 2 capsules

    OmegaPlex – 2 softgels
    Amplify A.T. – 1 softgel
    I also take 3 catalyst a day and 2 thermoplus.

    No supplements - not convinced they do any good.
