These compounds are generated as byproducts of agricultural operations such as sugar beet refining or the distillation process that produces ethanol.   When my brother was in school at UT he had an internship with the city of Toledo and they were testing this on their roads. It had to be three or four years ago and I haven't heard much about it since.

  It didn't work it was/is bad out here in Fairfield County. Ask the passenger side of my car and the guardrail I smacked.
