  Just realized an error i've been making for years when removing those that didn't make picks 2 weeks in a row.
  
  I've been permanantely banning their asses instead of just removing them.

  Well if anyone needs help with their picks next year I could probably help you out for just a small cost. I've already got 11 out of 30 correct, and I'm ranked in the top 38 of FreeHuddle. Out of 40.
