ptown_trojans_1Oh Shit.
Now, it gets very interesting....
Who takes over, the generals or his son?
Are the people that over rational, or are they willing to roll the dice more than they have already? -
passwordWill Obama try and take credit for this?

Prolly not, but man now comes a time of unknown, as no one has any idea how North Korea will transition to a new leadership.password;1019563 wrote:Will Obama try and take credit for this? -

I thought his son would take his place and that may mean more of the same from North Korea, which won't be good for anyone.ptown_trojans_1;1019576 wrote:Prolly not, but man now comes a time of unknown, as no one has any idea how North Korea will transition to a new leadership. -

Not confirmed his son will take over. His son is in his 20s, and may not have the full support of the generals.password;1019584 wrote:I thought his son would take his place and that may mean more of the same from North Korea, which won't be good for anyone.
It is unknown if the Generals will take over, or the son. Even if the son takes over, it is unknown if he will try and do something flashy to gain the support of the military.
Worst case, they destroy another South Korean ship, leading to higher tensions, and the young Kim does not know when to stop leading to a fracture in the country, leading to its collapse. -

He may just be a token leader for the Generals, I don't see him fighting with the generals over power, which could cause an uprising that neither side wants. It will be interesting to see what the people of the country do in the next couple of weeks, there could be protesting and demonstrations which will just make things worse for both sides and send the country in to a civil war.ptown_trojans_1;1019591 wrote:Not confirmed his son will take over. Bigred1995Nothing is going to change in N. Korea anytime soon, mainly because of China. It's in their best interest to keep the status quo!
