I'm pretty sure cities/towns like Steubenville, Bellaire and Martins Ferry did not make the list because they are not big enough to qualify.

Dayton and Springfield make the list?

Akron, Canton, Toledo and Youngstown also make the list.
Well, Detroit has better sports teams. So I guess that is less of a reason to be miserable? And casinos in Detroit; Cleveland doesn't have theirs yet.

What did the idiots in California expect? Did they really believe that a 675 sq. ft. house was worth $300,000? Welcome back to reality you morons!

It is unless you are wealthy and can live near the beach in SoCal or in wine country in NorCal.

We're good friends with a guy from Stockton, I haven't been there but the guy swears it is like living in a third world country with the rampant unemployment and crime.

John Stockton should become the mayor of Stockton. I think it would automatically turn the city around. He could appoint Karl Malone his Postmaster of the city since he is the mailman.

If Cleveland were to ever win the SB, then I am pretty confident, Cleveland would make the top 10 list of happiest cities.
