  Just had my first experience. My girls dad brought back some from a recent trip to PA. Weird texture I prefer mine with syrup!

  Used to eat something like it, called Liver Mush. It's pretty good fried up in the morning.

  Scrapple is awesome. Prefer mine with ketchup. Usually heat it in a skillet.
