Dark or White

  Most of you have enjoyed the initial servings of turkey. Do you guys do white or dark?
  
  I used to be 95% white.....but now am a 70/30 guy. As the leftovers prevail it would be about 50/50 for "piecing" and sandwiches.....but way more white meat available.
