Anybody been through nursing school???

  • baseball4
Has anyone been through nursing school recently? I have to take the entrance test and it's HESI. From what I understand the HESI entrance is new. I just don't know what to expect and was wondering if any of you have taken the test. What should I expect??

    Thank you!

A BSN is not an easy degree. Its not engineering or astrophysics, but its much more difficult than some other degrees. And almost guaranteed a job if you pass the NCLEX. I don't see anything wrong with that.

You must be in nuclear engineering though, so I digress.

So 2.6 million people couldn't hack a real science degree?

As for the OP, I've never heard of this test. Where are you going to school at?

    Thank you, onu.

And slingshot, I have always been into the medical field. I would never want to be a doctor because you never stop working. When you're in a hospital (which is where I work and want to continue working) you're always working or on call. To me, that's no way to live. I'd much rather have a set schedule and give myself the opportunity to have a family life. Thanks for your 2 cents, though. It must be a challenge to find the time to post on OhioChatter when you're working full-time at NASA.
