What evidence specifically?Laley23;920900 wrote:Im really stunned she was let go. Lots of evidence appeared to implicate all 3 of them in a murder cover-up. -

Tongue in cheek stemming from the Casey Anthony verdict and thread.2kool4skool;921086 wrote:What evidence specifically?
I am actually a little surprised cause she is American on trial in Italy. But that was because I dont know how their system is run and shit like that. -
georgemc80I heard they can appeal this appeal. IF it is overturned again, they have to extradite Knox. HAHA...I would love to see Hillary simply announce to the Italian government, that no such extradition will ever take place.

It's Italy, so they just sit around, eat pizza, and hang their dead rulers upside down at gas stations.Laley23;921289 wrote: But that was because I dont know how their system is run and shit like that. -
thavoiceSome of the biggest evidence against her was some DNA found of the victim on a knife that the judge let into trial.
The knife had some DNA from the victim, Foxy Knoxy and also some flour or baking stuff residue. No blood. The trace amounts were so small from the victim that in a US court it is well below the allowable limits at trial because trace elements of DNA could easily be transferred to different items and that person not even touching it. For instance, Knox coulda got some DNA on her from the victim by a hug, handshake or even touching something right after she did and then transfer it to the knife when she used it to cook. Those trace amounts are so small and that is why there is lower limits that is generally accepted in the US.
Also, the knife that this small trace DNA was on did not match the bloody knife shaped smear at the scene nor did it match the stab wounds on the victim.
I didnt follow this trial. hell..I didnt even know it existed but I caught some experts talking about it on the news about how that the travesty was the judge allowing the knife in because the DNA was so minute, no blood was found on it and that it didnt match the knife wounds.
And yes...I would love to bone Knox!
