Anniversary gifts. What did ya do?
-
thavoiceFor married OC'ers.
What did you do for your wife for your first anny and what did she do for you?
Just wondering.
Thanks. Have a nice day. -
IliketurtlesI'd give her divorce papers if I were you.
Also I'm not married so I hope this helps. -

Fits perfectly...the traditional first anniversary present is paper.Iliketurtles;916858 wrote:I'd give her divorce papers if I were you.
As for me, we agreed to the traditional paper gifts. My wife got me tickets to a Red's game in seats that we normally wouldn't be able to afford to sit. And I found a site that makes those collage poster prints. So she got a nice 16x20 picture from our wedding (it was her favorite picture) that is made up of about 75-100 pictures that were taken throughout all the time we were together. -

thavoicesherm...that is pretty cool.
Our anny just came and went and I was wondering if what married people do for anniversaries is usually just the man doing something or it is reciprocal. -
like_thatSMH, somebody place a thread limit on this guy.
Also lol at bitching about your wife, and now asking help for a anniversary gift, after already taking her to the Browns/Dolphins game. Way to be a pussy whipped bitch. -
thavoiceThat was a part of the gift ya cock-stroker.

Then thats all you need. You don't need to give her anything else and enable her to treat you like shit even more smh. Let the bitch earn these type of things, not take them for granted. I really hope she gives your balls back for your gift, but not really for the lulz.thavoice;916891 wrote:That was a part of the gift ya cock-stroker. -

I am not asking for ideas really. I am just wondering if an anniversary is more of a thing for the woman and not the man and wondering what, if anything, other guys received. -

Disagree, I think ETB should start a spin off of this thread.Commander of Awesome;916895 wrote:Agree completely. Its high time him and ETB have a thread limit. -

Ah the gift that keeps on giving, and drains about $180K. Next time you want a boat and the wife says no because of the expense, remind her of the baby. Now who's selfish?j_crazy;916967 wrote:Baby. -
jmogOf course she should get you something too. But with the stories we have of your wife it doesn't surprise me that she got you nothing.

So ya thought I shoulda got something? Well, I did get a heart shaped pancake for breakfast, but other than that nothing, zippo, buptkus. Not even a 'happy anniversary' (even though I mentioned it to her twice). I guess a trip to see her favorite team, eating out at good places twice that weekend, flowers on the anny day and dinner at a place she wanted the night of the anniversary wasnt sufficient enough for anything.jmog;916973 wrote:Of course she should get you something too. I pretty much cashed out a month ago when she went ape shit when i wanted a beer (said it wasnt good to drink in front of her 18 year old daughter yet that very next night SHE has a few jello shots in front of the daughter AND allowed her to have a couple as well) but now to let the anniversary go by without even saying anything or something as simple as a note, or a card, or anything.
Wow.
I have become. Comfortably numb.
