Studies that I've seen/studies for classes state that minorities (specifically blacks) have a higher percentage of children with learning disabilities. Does it go as severe as mental retardation? Thats impossible. My grandmother is from Puerto Rico, my dad is black, and my mom crossed over thru Texas....so I'm Blaxirican. -
