    Yeah, I have no use for the 8x10, but there is something about blue hair and boobs that I enjoy. Hmm...I see your Katy Perry blue hair and boobs pic says 28 minutes left.     No, I only sell on eBay. I wouldn't say there are 3-4 thousand idiots. Maybe 1,000. A lot of my business is repeat customers. I have people that will drop a couple hundred bucks every other week on photos. I'd say those are the ones that turn around and resell them at fairs and such since my prices are much cheaper.

    That's why they couldn't prosecute him, but terms of service/terms of use are rules in place for the use of private property. The owners aren't bound to letting you use their site at all, much less if you do something they've already stated they don't like, regardless of whether or not it's legal.
