  They are machine washable (just air dry them) so yes they clean easily.

  As you can see they are still on my feet after almost 4 miles of running through the mud. Many other people lost shoes or had to stop to get their shoes that came off at different parts of the race.

  I wore just regular worn out Asics running shoes with no tread and mine are still on.
