Excel Help

Scarlet_BuckeyeI have two Excel spreadsheets...
In Spreadsheet 1, I have a list of names in Column A....
In spreadsheet 2, I have the same list of names in Column A, but in a different order than spreadsheet 1.
In spreadsheet 2, I have another column (let's call it Column D), that I want to marry spreadsheet 1.
So for instance....
Jim Smith Kevin James 2
John Tree Len Berry 22
Lynn Tom Jim Smith 43
Ted Ron Lynn Tom 51
Can someone please help me with the formula?! I know there is one, I just can't remember it.
Thanks! -
