  Sorry, the last five minutes of a trilogy doesn't change his legacy. Sure he saved Luke, after he'd already chopped his hand off. Vader didn't care if you were his son, his general, his mentor, or the goddam mind-freaked emperor. Piss him off and he'll show you what's up.
