Your rep power is calculated based on how long you've been a member, how many posts you have, and how many reputation points you have been given. You can give rep to up to 10 posts in any given day and you must give rep to 5 others in between giving rep to the same person twice. To give rep you just click on the sheriff badge in the bottom left of the post, under their user info. Currently, on mods and myself can give negative rep but that may change in the future.
