    Pork the other white meat! I love ribs. Cooked 2 racks one bbq chipotle and the other garlic balsamic. Pork ribs baby backs. Also threw in 4 bacon wrapped filets. Strongbow cider and poker with friends. Nice little Sunday evening!

    How do you make your ribs? I remove membrane and marinate 24-48 hours. Bake at 225 for 2-3 hrs followed by about 20-25 mins on grill. The bomb!

    I don't. I buy pork loin back ribs, remove the membrane and marinate. Then the oven sealed in foil with about an inch of water followed by the grill to get the crispy outside. So tender!

    Well I lost a few bucks but the food was good and company was fun. Great to see nothing but bones on plates, ribs were money!

    Anyone gone to the rib-burnoff at Canton in the past, for HOF festivities? Been to the one at Cleveland and those were all great.
