Favorite Herb?

    I know there are quite a few guys here that love to cook. I cant find my way around a kitchen, if my life depended on it.

    What is your favorite herb (or spice or other seasoning) to use in your meals?

    I love Basil.


    Also, do you grow your own herbs/spice?
