I am assuming that you mean the villain himself and not a person representing the villain like Malfoy, Snape, Croutch, Lestrange, etc.

Snape was one of the good guys!

Yes I am referring to Voldemort himself.

Yes, to a few and for those who figured it out, but as far as the main characters where concerned, he represented evil and deception.

I loved the 8th movie easily my favorite

    LOTR > HP

I still liked Prisoner of Azkaban the best out of the series and that was before Voldemort even showed up. Kind of shocking considering that he was my favorite part of the series.

You're literally the only person who thinks any of this..and this is twice now you've.brought it up. We get it, you hate voldemort for a terribly stupid reason. Move on.

Well I think he is wrong about Fiennes/Voldemort but he is kind of right about his overall assessment of the movies/books. The last couple movies took a slight turn to adult audiences but not much.

They are good movies in my opinion but I don't think they are bad ass. I don't knock anyone for thinking this franchise is amazing but after watching all 8 movies in the last couple days I come away thinking they were entertaining but nothing that makes me want to rush out and pick up all of the dvds.

^^^well no fucking shit you dont wanna rush out and buy the DVDs. You Just watched all 8 of them in 72 hours!

I'm on three right now. It's very mediocre like the ones before it.

Well sorry to get your panties in a wad, what are you, 12? It's a good reason and a lot of critics have said the same thing, even Rowling admitted she didn't know where to go with his character in the first book because she didn't know the books would be a success.

You're literally the only person insecure enough to whine about someone pointing out a flaw in the series, let me guess you were one of the people dressed up at midnight for the showings?

No not at all Mr critical...I saw it last night..in gym shorts and a t shirt...I just find it hilarious that you bitch and moan about something so stupid and dumb. B list acting loooolll

For me, The Goblet of Fire is the best [please keep in mind that I haven't seen 6, 7.1, or 7.2 yet].

Also, for those saying 3 (i.e., Prisoner of Azkaban), I thought that one was too confusing. The whole Sirius Black thing didn't work for me.

Did you watch Goblet of Fire? It was the best film of the group until the last 20 minutes - Fiennes hammed it up and should I bring up the strange homoeroticism with him and Harry duking it out with their "wands"?

He's a lousy character, and better off being off screen which he was for the first 3 1/2 films. IMO the third book is the best - mostly due to Voldemort's absence, his minions are far more intriguing. The direction in the third film put many people off, understandable, but any rate we aren't talking about award winning films, these are kids' books.
