So the final season of Rescue Me starts tonight. It's a bittersweet moment. I'm glad it's coming back on but I don't want it to be over after this season. Anyone else going to watch?

Yeah no doubt. I mean Needles and Feinberg (spelling) are alright but Reilly was the man.

Do you guys have any theories as to how the show will end?

Just watched the series finale. What a disappointing final season and finale. The best part was having Tommy talk to Lou at the end.

The show went down hill after the 3rd season. I watched every season and 2 episodes of the final season. Those two episodes were so boring and uneventful i gave up on this season after watching every episode from the past 6 seasons. Terrible way to go out after such a strong first few seasons.

Yeah, it did go down hill but I was still interested in it. I was interested in this season but mainly because I liked the characters so much and because I was interested to see how they would end it but damn they let me down big time.

the best seasons were when Tommy wasn't a huge pussy. His character went down hill.

Yeah, I concur that it went way down hill. The main reason it kept my attention is for the characters.

I watched through season 6 because i was so invested and some episodes were good and made the show interesting. But after watching the first two weeks of season 7 i couldn't take it. A big part of tommys character was his drinking, survivors guilt and him talking to and seeing the dead. He lost most of that and because a huge pussy whipped bitch
