More crappy cops beating up handicapped teens and abusing power. When will it end?

Mentally handicapped/Speech impedement or not, this kid had it coming. These officers were just trying to uphold the law and order. They do a service to the badge and the oath they swore to uphold.

  Easiest way to answer that is they are treated in the afterlife like 3-4 year old kids would be, since that's how smart they are...at least mine.
