'More Than A Game' (documentary)

  • Scarlet_Buckeye
I finally sat down and watched this last night. I was shocked to realize how "on the outside" Romeo Travis was. I always thought he was LeBron's boy.

I went to school with a girl who went to SVSM's, and she told me that LeBron would have so many girls throwing themselves at him (not hard to believe); and he'd always say, "Let my boy Rom' hit it... if he says it's good, then I'll give it a try."

Because of this, I always assumed they were tight.

Dru Joyce III might have been the most under-rated/appreciated player on that team. He was definitely the team's heart & soul.

What a bust/waste of a talent Sian Cotton was. Kid had all the size in the world to be a monster, just no determination/drive for success. Reminds me a lot of Robert Rose (tOSU).

    Really? Nothing?

I thought it was pretty well done and some of the stuff about Travis was surprising to me too.

You have to remember the audience here when wondering why no one commented.

What game is it about? And who is LeBron?

I watched it, but then he went to Miami so fuck him.

Lebron really is an ugly mofo...And am I the only one that went "WTF?!?" over Lebron apparently willingly taking sloppy seconds from one of his boys? LMAO, how fucking entitled do you have to be to have your boys trial a whore to ensure she's a fun roll in the sack? Sort of a modern day version of when kings in old times had food tasters.

    This.

I talked to Romeo recently. He still keeps up with LeBron, and it seems like they got closer as time went on (in real life, anyway).

People on here hate LeBron, several have said they don't watch or listen to anything associated with him.

Yeah, but that just means surely people have just as much as an opinion about him still; it's just heavily negative now, instead of positive.
