Fix My Floor!

Ok chatter people, my bathroom is in dire need of repair. We recently had a metal roof installed. In the bathroom, the exhaust pipe leading out of the roof has leaked every time it rains hard with high winds, which we have had! Now, the company that put the roof on has come back multiple times and cant get it right, so they kinocked off 400 dollars off the bill. I have another guy coming in to fix the roof. However, whenever it rained we kept towels around the pipe where we could see it dripping, has been 3 months, and I guess it was running down the back of the wall as well. It pooled under my bathtub and has rotted out the sub floor there.

The house is over 100 years old and the person who lived here before us let a drip go in the bathroom and rotted out some of the floor and support structure which we fixed when we remodeled. The floor is very uneven and when we remodeled we tried the liqiud floor to level it without success.

So, I am asking you how should I bring back the floor to level without completely tearing out the whole room and building from the ground up. The bathroom is about 12 by 18 feet. Even with new plywood, it wont be level, so what can I do?

I am paying only 75 dollars to fix the boot on the roof, and that will be the only contractor I pay! lol My father in law and myself completely gutted and redid the entire house. The only part I didnt work on was the electricity, my brother in law handled that, yes he is liscensed. I was thinking taking a wet cement mix and putting down a thin layer to get it level, just have to wait until I get under the floor to see how much damage was done. I am asking for any other ideas of a repair that others have done and had success with. I am not Bob Villa, but I am not Tim Taylor either!
