    I live in Bay Village. I think it's an great place, but it is not for a single 25 year old looking for more of an urban feel. If I were in your shoes, I'd focus on Tremont, Lakewood, Murray Hill or Coventry.

    Downtown Cleveland is a shell of its former self. I'm not sure anywhere has an "urban" feel anymore.
