  • thavoice
because I am......the voice of reason, the voice of the common man, the voice of stability, the voice of sensibility.
  • stlouiedipalma
Mine started on the old JJ days. My best friend (Mr. Coffee, if any of you recall him) lived in Blacklick and, when I moved to the St. Louis area, suggested I use something which incorporated it. He was a fan of the old TV series Taxi and Louie DiPalma (the Danny DeVito character). He suggested stlouiedipalma and it just stuck. Sadly, Mr. Coffee passed away a few years back and when I joined OC I decided to continue using this as a tribute to my best friend. I know he sees my posts and wishes he could call me out on them. I miss him terribly. SafeAuto has a golf event every year to raise money for the Cancer Society called "The Bob" in his honor and I try to get back every year to participate.
