Energy drinks: Do you use them?

  Everyone I work with uses them, but I don't. I have just never really needed them. They taste awful to me so it's not like I'm missing out lol.

  I used to drink Monster, then AMP, now Rockstar. I think AMP tasted the best but did almost nothing as far as energy; I think Monster wins in that category.

  Used to drink Rockstar when I was on swing shift. The blue and yellow cans were the usuals. The no fear sugar free was my favorite when energy drinks first started coming out 6 or 7 years ago but you can't find them any where now.

  I've never really felt much from them. But when I worked 3rds and I was a little tired I would drink the Cherry Amps jsut because they tasted good. I've had the others as well but AMPs definitely taste the best. Also I've only had Red Bull while accompanied with Jager.

  I just use 5 hour Energy. Those little 2oz shots really work and they arent bad for ya. Only 4 calories and no sugar. About the same caffiene as in a Starbucks coffee. What it does have is 8000%....yes thats right...of vitamin B12 and over 2000% of daily dose of B6 I think. It blasts your body with B vitamins.

  As for non-alcoholic energy drinks, no. I've had a couple over the years, but it's never been something I do with anything remotely resembling regularity.
