Just heard the news of this this morning on twitter, and just a few months after George Clooney filmed parts of Ides of March in Ohio. Hopefully we'll see a lot more filmmakers choosing Ohio in the future. -

Read about this in February in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. They'll begin filming in Cleveland in August.

Minor league news on a minor league site. hahaha they announced this a few months ago and already started filming(although not in cleveland yet). A few weeks ago I heard there were a few more big name movies on the way to be filmed in cleveland. -

What was the football movie they filmed at the Ohio State football game last year during a t.v. timeout? I think it was a Kurt Russel movie and I believe the game was in September sometime... -

The recent Spiderman trilogy had parts filmed in Cleveland as well..
Cleveland is actually used in a few movies that take place in NY. -
