  I always had an issue of getting moisture (sweat) on it while walking/biking to class. In the winter, that moisture would freeze and it would become uncomfortable.

  
  I had my first experience with soup and an unruly mustache today at lunch. That was not a fun experience.

  Not any more. I used to sport one off and on in the 90's while trying to grow back my mullet. I've had one in 2005 and 2007, but they were part of a goatee so they do not count.

  I've got the unkempt haven't shaved in a week beard going. I hate shaving so I usually do it once every week or so.

  I've been sporting a Tom Selleck "stache" since long before Magnum PI came on the air. My wife has never seen me without it - and advises it better stay that way.
  
  Funny thing is that I've never been able to grow a respectable beard - on both attempts I wound up looking like an Amishman with mange.

  I used to rock the full beard but when i switched jobs was only allowed the goatee.
