    Fear …. Now?

I never really had a fear of anyone but when my mom got mad … Oh shit, look out

When my mom was living, deep inside my head and in my heart I had a fear of disappointing her. I never want to let her down and make her ashamed of me.

My grandpa and I were very close but that did not stop him from bring out the cat-nine-tails on my ass… Oh Shit that hurt.

I’m not to concern of getting my ass kicked or getting a slapped around now. So fearing an individual is not something I think about.

For me it not any one individual but it what I don’t have control over that affect my life and my family life….This is what I have a fear of now… that unexpected event

Who / want do you fear now that you’re older?

    Clowns.
and dolls, especially the ones with ceramic heads.

I don't really "fear" them, they're just creepy.

Heights are starting to be scarier to me as I get older. I don't feel as stable on a ladder, roof or high places as I did when I was younger.

Grizzly bears always scared me. Never really experienced fear until I ran into one of them face to face. Was never scared till that day but did what we were suppose to do and stood still. It just kept on walking by was pretty surreal moment. Not sure if I was more scared for my family or for myself. I was with my sister and her kids and my parents but was out in front of them so was glad about that

I am scared to death of sharks.

I love them, my favorite animal (can I call it that?). I would love to go in a cage and go down and see them in their natural habitat...but I am scared to death of them.

Heights. I love roller coasters and want to go skydiving, but being someplace high with only a railing or something like that freaks me out. I think I'm afraid of losing my balance.

My biggests fear is something happening to my kids. Aside from that being eaten alive is scary and the older I get something about water that I cant see whats around me. I used to be a lifeguard and grew up in the country swimming in ponds and wading in creeks but something about unclear water now freaks me out.

I will add these to mine too. I never used to be scared of heights, but now I just cannot be up high in certain situations. Working construction, I was scared to death for the first time I ever noticed. I even went skydiving and had NO issues about the heights there. It was awesome!

I think part of my fear of sharks is my dislike of water. I hate swimming. I hate all that stuff in the water, except jet skiing. I just cannot stand being in the water. I will do showers and a hot tub, that's all.

For my heights and the water...I think I just like being on solid ground. I like being able to control what I do and where I go. I may not like the chances of not being in control at some point.

These do me in Every. Single. Time.
    Every. Single. One. Of. Them.

They are vicious, evil and vile creatures.

I on the other hand am afraid of nothing.

But if Belly were to say " President Obama is doing a fine job" I would head for the mountains screaming like a little girl!

( Damn, it scared me just typing that )
