How's the weather where you are?

iclfan2Sunny and around 80 here in Gboro NC. However on Saturday it was rainy and a little windy, and the state saw a couple (65) tornadoes. Luckily Gboro didn't get hit but Raleigh and some south eastern cities got crushed.

Also, please click the link in my signature and vote for me!!
Rick Poland did say 13, and I believe he said he had around 8 walks as well (while still tossing a shutout!!!)...btw, I voted for ya' (it put you in a 3-way tie w/Justin & ewok) -

Yes. We've had 8 murders in Ottawa Co since Halloween last year. I think that is more than Detroit, plus the weather sucks ass. -

Yeah the number of walks wouldn't surprise me plus he hit a few batters. Effectively wild is the term I would use. Thanks for your support. I have made a nice comeback apparently
Oh yeah just remembered something else from the game. What did you think of the play where the ball was hit back to the pitcher, but no play was made on the batter? The first baseman was standing on first base but wasn't looking at the pitcher for the throw, instead he was looking for the ball in the outfield. One of the more bizarre plays I've seen in a baseball game. -
HereticBlah weather here. Made worse by the fact I'm really feeling shitty after over-partying over the weekend.

Was pretty funny to see. The pitcher fielded the ball cleanly and was cocked and ready to throw to first. First baseman was having none of it however.vball10set;743829 wrote:LOL-I must've missed that one--sounds pretty bizarre though -
georgemc80Same as it has been the last six weeks. 65 in the morning to a high of 85, mostly sunny, absolutely no precipitation. The Gulf Coast around Houston needs some rain.

I am leaving you here in the Dakotas by yourself. I cannot wait to get out either.
Hopefully, I'll be outta here by the end of May. I am going back to Ohio. No more of this crappy snow in April. -

I actually love it here. The fiancé is just the one who is going nuts. But she is heading to Texas for 3 weeks. -
OSHAfter being here 2 years, I've had my fill. The bugs, the wind, the cold, the distance from friends and family, the travel times and distances, and the lack of being in the Bible-belt is wearing on my wife and I.

Did it snow at all around you guys? I'm just up the road and had probably 1/2 inch when I woke looked around 830am this morning. When I left around 1230, it was mostly melted. Just wanted to know how it was in Toledo and PB.... well if it snowed. -
vball10setit snowed in South Toledo for about a half hour, but other than slush on the windshield, nothing stuck---for the record, just seeing the snowflakes made me want to barf

RocketsfanThe weather continues to blow goats here in NW Ohio. As soon as my kid graduates in 2 years I'm outta here for good. North Carolina here we come.
