tigerballonlineJust glad to hear how well its going for you. I just went over 30 pounds in 56 days. Just wish I did not have 40 to go. My plan is to get down another 15 over the summer. If i do more, that would be great, but I know summer will be tough, lots of parties and BBQ's especially the first half of the summer.

OSHWhat else are you taking? Are you doing more than the 24-day challenge stuff?
I basically have Catalyst, the probiotic restore packets, fiber drink, herbal cleanse packets, meal replacement shakes, and the MNS Max 3 (which is what I'd take after the cleanse right?).
I left behind the Spark, can't do energy drinks. Is there anything else I should look into to take me over the top? -
krambmanIt took my body a few days to adjust to the new diet and cleanse supplements, so it was a few days before I started having regular, productive bowel movements. I think the main reason was simply because I was eating less food so it took longer for my digestive track to fill up.
If you aren't peeing enough then you're definitely not drinking enough water. I was drinking so much watcher that I was going ever 45 minutes. -
tigerballonlineAfter finishing my 24 days, I am staying on MNS3 i take catalyst and Thermoplus. I still take meal replacement shakes some days if i am in a hurry. You should try the spark, it gives me a jump start to my day, and I have never felt jittery because of it, but if you have a health issue, you should consult a doctor. Thats one of the first things I tell people, consult your doctor and let them know what you are planning on taking. Some people cannot take certain stuff. My wife does not take the thermo T's because she is on thyroid meds. I have tried a lot of the products, to keep my eating down, like the snack bars and meal replacement bars. I liked the snack bars, the meal replacement ones were ok, but not as tasty as i would like for choc and p nut butter. I bought some bio tools for the bone on bone in my left knee, but have not followed taking them like I am supposed to. I can say my knee is no worse considering all the miles i have been putting on it. My brother in law bought the bio tools and says it has helped his back a lot, he has 2 bulging disks. I cannot give my stamp of approval on them, but i know others who swear by it. I have made the complete lifestyle change, and plan to use the products for the rest of my life. that was why i became a distributor and recently an adviser. It would be nice to make some money selling the stuff, but getting myself healthy is more important. I truly believe in the products. i was a huge skeptic until i tried it. People can say its a scheme, but for it to be a scheme, the stuff would not work. That is not the case, at least not in my case. I am sure there are people who have tried the products and have not had success. My brother in law (different one)tried the spark, and said it did not do anything for him, but he also did COKE for 5 years, so kind of hard to live up to that.

OSHGood info.
I would try the Spark, but I cannot really do energy drinks. Caffeine gives me migraines. I understand that some of the 24-day stuff (excluding Spark) has caffeine, but it hasn't given me a migraine (yet). I usually just get the caffeine migraines if I drink caffeine.
I have had a little mistakes here recently with my meals, I have been traveling. But I've tried to stay somewhat healthy, I did make a mistake having a few fries (but not too much and nothing else with it) and I also had a veggie burger on whole wheat bun. I've been fairly consistent in having a salad/wrap for lunch and chicken, eggs, and veggies for dinner. Been drinking a shot of orange juice in the morning with the pills/fiber, other than that, I've only had water. Should get back to the regular diet on Monday, but haven't really went off the deep end with the meals so far. -
tigerballonlinewatch the wraps. If caffeine gives you migraines, i understand staying away from the spark. Definitely add orange juice to the fiber drink, I added and extra 4 ounces of water to help it go down. They have a non caffeine drink V16, it is a more fizzy drink though. I have some, but never tried it because i have the spark. Handed it out for people to sample.

OSHDown 11 pounds.
Today and tomorrow left, then I start the 14-day pill supplementing.
My pants still don't fit any better right now. But I imagine if I had the time I want to work out, I could definitely "fast track" the weight loss.
