Yo Gabba Gabba

Steel Valley FootballAnyone with kids watch this show? The music on there is addicting. I dig the whole episode called "Sleep" with the songs Nap Time and Happy Thoughts. The song on there called Bedtime Lullaby is by a guy from Massillon named Mark Kozelek (people who saw Almost Famous with know him as the bass player in Stillwater). The episode with Jack Black is good too.
And how about this Roots song? I love it. The episode is called "Family". Does anyone know anything about it; whether it's a real Roots song or one they made up for the show? It took a few times for me, but it's catchy as hell. -

Kinda like the show Xuxa. I was in HS and it was all the rage as a kids show. This is the babe who hosted the show

SonofanumpNot a fan. I perfer "Phineas and Ferb". My daughter is on a "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" kick right now.
-
McFly1955My daughter is only 8 months old, but as she gets older, I am hopeful that I can keep her on shows that I watched when I was younger.
I have every episode of some old cartoons, "Doug", "Rug Rats", "DuckTales".
Netflix instant has a ton of old cartoons/kid shows too.
From what I've seen, I'm not opposed to "Sid the Science Kid", "Backyardigans", "Blue's Clues".
I've never seen Yo Gabba Gabba.
I'm really into 90's TV shows and I plan to have all of my kids watch the stuff I grew up on (Boy Meets World, Full House, Step by Step, Family Matters, Home Improvement etc.).
I'm going to bring back TGIF in my house, woot.
TV was so good back then. -

My wife swears the YGG show has subliminal messaging that puts our children in a trance. She'd rather we didn't watch it at all. -
pmoney25My son used to be a big fan and now my daughter is, my son has moved on and is obsessed with The Avengers/Super Hero squad and oddly enough Scooby Doo/Tom and Jerry and the Flintstones. A channel called boomerang has a lot of the old shows.
My daughter loves Fresh Beat Band -

I don't think that is a good idea to do that. -

I think it's a great idea for you to do this.
As for this show I've had to watch it before and thought it was terrible. I think most kids shows are pretty bad now. Ones I do like are Backyardigans, Wonder Pets, Blues Clues, and a few other but I can't think of them. I havn't had to watch any of them in a couple years tho used to have to watch them while being with an Ex when she had to watch her neice.
