Trying the plan a trip to Myrtle Beach.. any suggestions?
-
Trueblue23Hopefully going around the end of June or end of July.. Never been there before.
Any suggestions would be helpful, I've been searching around for some stuff online, but people who have already been there are pretty helpful. Where to stay, what to do, etc. Thanks. -
EnforcerCheck out Elliottrealty.com, This is who We always book with, pretty fair on prices.

iclfan2Crocodile rocks piano bar at Broadway at the beach is worth going to once. Broadway seems to be the only "nightlife" spot near the strip of hotels. Don't give in to the parasailing or anythin, not worth it. The Tanger outlets are good if someone wants to shop for cheap, but good brand, clothing. A lot of trashy people down there, but a hotel on the ocean, with a lazy river, is a pretty good way to waste some days away. We usually just book a pretty cheap hotel right on the ocean, cuz you really are hardly ever in the room. Bring a big cooler to roll down to the pool.

Def LeopardAnother option is Century 21 Thomas Realty. Both of these will be primarily for N. Myrtle Beach which is about a 40 min. drive from Myrtle and much less crowded.

NateWe got our rental house in FL off of Homeaway. Tons of options on there.
FYI, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum = FAIL. The aqua center was pretty cool though. Broadway at the Beach is very nice. We actually spent 2 evenings walking around there one day due to rain on one of them. Tons of things to do there. -
Trueblue23Yea I've been to the Ripley's in Gatlinburg. Cool novelty, not worth the cost though.
