First Time Under the Influence

Little DannyWhen I clicked on the "Your First Beer" thread, I actually thought it might have been a thread where OC members shared their first time they were inebriated. I bet there are some good stories. I will share mine:
I was 8. My dad and my uncle took me fishing on the Ohio River on a hot day. They packed a cooler of beer, intended to include some pop for me, but forgot. After having a few of their own and probably tired of hearing me say I was thirsty, they gave me a few beers. When we came home from our fishing expidition, I remember walking into kitchen and seeing the room spin. Apparently I fell into the kitchen table. My mom and aunt put two and two together, and lit into my dad and uncle. -
Cat Food Flambe'Ten years old - home alone - raided the parent's vodka and mixed it with some powdered margarita mix (hey - it was the Sixties!). Had four "highball" glasses of the stuff and quickly realized my butt was in trouble. Gargle with some Listerine,, hen holed up in my room for a hour or two, and went to bed early.
If would have had to step out of my room, the folks would have killed me then and there. -
Belly35My grandpa would make homebrew and dago red... I was 8 or 9 years old and he and i would have to taste test ....
My mon was pissed and granda pitched a bitch with grandpa .
It did matter every year we would do the same thing for the next 40 years ... seemed the taste test got longer as the years when on....loved that old guy -
coyotes22My 21st birthday.

O-TrapI was 20. Girlfriend had just broken up with me when I had the engagement ring in my pocket. I was gonna ask her later that night.
I found a liquor store that didn't ask for my ID, bought the cheapest high-proof 750mL bottle of whiskey, and I drowned myself in it for three hours, until it was gone.
I spent the next 24 hours vomiting with a massive headache (naturally), but I continued that pattern for about a year. Finally, I decided that I was going to find a better coping mechanism, so I picked being busy. It ended up being much more productive, though still self-destructive in some ways.
Sorry for the wet blanket story. Let me try to redeem myself.
The LAST time I was drunk, I had 22 bottles of Miller High Life in the span of about six hours. I began watching Man vs. Wild. I watched Bear Grillz for six hours of a 24-hour marathon before passing out. Ended up vomiting on my soon-to-be in-laws' sheets and carpet.
The mother-in-law was NOT happy. -

Nah. It was down in Dayton's surrounding area. I don't remember where or the name.
And I'm over it. It would have been an unbearable marriage. -
bigdaddy2003I was 15. One of my buddies came to school and told us that his older sister had hooked up with an older guy and he agreed to buy us alcohol. So we had him pick a bunch of different booze out and he brought it to my buddies house. Luckily his parents had went on vacation the night before. So I ended up having two big ass cans of Steel Reserve (which I haven't had since) and then I was searching for more and found a stash of Busch Light in the basement fridge. I ended up drinking like 10 or so. My friend started flipping out because that was his dad's beer lol. It was a fun night. We decided to having a boxing tourney after we had all been drinking for a while.

Tobias FünkeJunior year of high school. Went to "sibs weekend" at BGSU and had 4-5 beers in my brothers dorm, I was terrified I was going to wake up with a huge headache hahah
First time I can remember being drunk was later junior year, we had to film a chemistry project the next day and I was more hungover than I have ever been in my life. I just laid on the ground in the video so I got credit hahah
I probably drank like 5-6 times in high school, didn't start doing idiot things until college haha -
Dr Winston O'BoogieMy junior year of high school. Drank a two liter of wine cooler and 12 beers. Before the next morning, I rolled down a hill covered with poison ivy, punched all of the screens out of my friends' parents back porch, vomited all over myself, stood up in my sleep and urinated all over the other 3 guys who were sharing the basement floor with me. Not a good experience at all.

Im calling BS. No one can drink 2 liters of wine coolers and 12 beers on their first time out of the gate. -
Mohican001996 - sibs weekend at Miami University. Stayed with my cousin who was a junior and I was all of 14. His roommates thought it would be funny if they got me drunk, and sure enough, they did. I had about 6 BL's and 3-4 Flaming Dr Peppers. I was fucking bombed.

sonofsamI was 6. After my parents divorced, my mom started dating a guy that liked her alot, me... not so much. He bought a 40oz of beer and made me drink it after it warmed up. Puked while I was forced to drink it, then he took me out on a back road in the southern part of the county and told me to walk home. Needless to say the bastard is dead and my first time getting drunk I was petrified and he ruined my first time drinking...

If that is true, people can go to jail for that shit. Its called child abuse, or neglect. -
4cards...I think I was 13 or 14 and we slept over one of my buds house after sneaking a fifth of CC off of my Dad's bar. 4 of us killed it just taking turns taking swigs while walking through our neighborhood. We were shammered and surprisingly none of us got sick.
-
september63AS an adult now, do you think your Dad knew a fifth was missing?

Bio-HazzzzardChristmas day of 1986 when I was 12. My mom had bought her boyfriend a bottle of the 101 proof Wild Turkey and as I observed him mixing it with Coke in a McDonalds super sized cup so I decided to do the same when they were in the other room. I mixed a bourbon and coke that would give me an excellent buzz now 24 years later. I remember only a few things from that night most notably my head laying on one of my Mom's scumbag friends toilet vomiting uncontrollably. Later that night Dad came to pick my brothers and I up and on the way home I hurled again in the car all over my younger brothers Christmas gift. The next day Dad woke me up at 5am and told me to clean the garage and actually I felt fine but tired. The irony is that to this day my favorite drink is bourbon and Coke, go figure.

TimberFreshman year of high school.. prior to a football game on friday night... cruising around town with upper classmen... drinking Miller High Life bottles (the girl in the moon) and listening to Frampton comes alive. Remember it like it was yesterday. 4 beers and did not get busted... yet. lol. That came a few weeks later when I did some chumming on the back porch trying to get outside and puke un-noticed... kind of like super troopers... "almost made it." lol

4cards
...back then he use to get at least 2 cases of different bottles of alcohol every year around Christmas time from his clients end other people he worked with & my parents didn't really drink or entertain that much. So my guess is he never knew.september63;717054 wrote:AS an adult now, do you think your Dad knew a fifth was missing? -

Laley23I actually got high (weed) before I ever got drunk. 5th grade at my buddies house for a sleepover. About 10 guys and girls and we went down by the Maumee River and smoked a whole bunch, way too much cause we didnt know what we were doing or how much.
First time I got drunk was that summer (before 6th grade) at the same house in the same spot by the river. Being drunk at that age was way more fun, but as I got older, I appreciated the high more and the lack of a hangover. But I still get way too drunk way to often.
Have a massive hangover as I type this from St. Pats day/night/am morning...
