  • gorocks99
I searched but the many other threads with this same name are closed. What's on the menu?

For me, buffalo (the animal, not the city/sauce) burgers with blueberry bbq sauce and goat cheese, and sweet potato fries.

Have never been but wanting to try. Are they better than Quaker State?
  • I Wear Pants
    No.

Of course I don't even think Quaker Steak has that good of wings either. I like some of their sauces but their wings themselves don't impress me.

No, both are overpriced...but I would take QSL over Roosters.

    This.

I think the best wings come from hole in the wall places. While I like BDubs and QSL, I have had some of the best wings at just local bars and restaurants.

Yeah, me and the kid had 30 wings and 2 cokes and our bill was 32 dollars...that is ridiculous for mediocre wings. And I agree, the local spots usually have the best wings and deals on the wings.

Had a really good dinner tonight, had 4 players over for "Asian Persuasion" night.

    The wife made:
    -- Oriental salad
    -- Pad Thai
    -- Mongolian beef
    -- Teriyaki chicken
-- Some cream cheese and croissant dessert
-- Fortune cookie (not made, just from a box but had to include it)

Of course, these weren't "homemade," just our favorite dishes. It was an excellent choice of foods. Pretty much everything was finished.
  • KR1245
    Rotisserie chicken and a salad
  • O-Trap
Had an herbal tea. Wasn't hungry around dinner.

    For sure.

Tailgaters in Alliance is my local go-to place for wings. They're more like Pterodactyl wings than chicken wings though.
