I remember every single example that has been listed but I go back much further than most of you. We had a rotary phone but we also had a four number phone and we were on a party line. I remember 33's, 45's, and 78's. I remember sitting around the radio before we had a tv listening to One Man's Family, Amos and Andy, Inner Sanctum, and The Lone Ranger. I remember that people who just got their tv's were so fascinated with the picture that some would sit and look at the test pattern before broadcasting began in the Morning. I vaguely remember the Checker's Speech when it was a live broadcast. I remember a lot more than this but you get the idea. (A Roadmaster bike)? Really wide tires, big seat, a battery operated horn and front and back battery powered lights.

I still use a rotary phone and wish the headlight dimmer was still on the floor.

Yes, and how about those FM Converters on AM radio. I had one in a 1972 Buick Century.

That is not me in the picture, but it reflects upon my Banned user name.

Yes! My grandma used to save them all year and then let me go pick out what I wanted from the S&H store.

I remember the old pull tabs, but I don't remember opening a can of beer with the V shaped can opener.

Hey zambrown, My dad used to have me open his beers (Carling Black Label) with those openers.

I remember transistor radios and listening all night long to 50,000 watt clear-channel AM radio stations like WLS, WCFL, WOWO, WABC, and CKLW.

By day we'd listen to WHLO and then hit the Starlite Drive-In for a movie and a root beer in the evening!

Speaking of nostalgia how about some Johnny Carson holiday spirit? Carson
