  I was at my favorite seminar location for the Ohio State - Michigan game and I had a few Bud Lites and a deli sandwich during the afternoon. i now have a slight headache but it's nothing compared to the way Michigan fans will feel for quite some time.

  Drinking some Gin from a little Distillery in Palasade Colorado. Kinda 'Boot Legged' it here...Great stuff. And I'm really don't like Gin, but I LOVE this stuff !!!

  All I can say is to continue to stay strong. I'm not in the "gotta quit" boat you're in, but I'm feeling the urge to cut down my drinking a good bit. I feel I'm getting mentally lazy to my detriment and want to reverse that. And it'll be a challenge because old habits are hard to break, but if I'm up to the challenge, I'll get in better shape, get my place more clean and be able to stalk people with more proficiency!
