Protecting Fruit Trees
-
ernest_t_bassWe have a flowering peach tree in our yard. We've had it for about two years (third summer). It is starting to produce some small peaches... but the leaves are starting to look fungusy.
Do any of you have fruit trees? If so, what do you do to them to ensure they produce a healthy crop? -
mcburg93For some reason some of our apple trees has something like that on them im not sure if the frost hurt them or not. they looked about the same a few years ago when we had a bad frost when they were in full bloom. We have pretty good fruit on our trees usually apples, pears, cherries, and plums.

j_crazyPrayers from LA..
seriously though I've got a crape Myrtle that i just planted, I've never devoted so much time to something that wasn't my family.
i can't help you though I know nothing about trees. as evidenced by the fact that mine is apparently delicious and is being devoured by some bugs. I'd say is 50/50 whether or not it survives the first year.
