    Ice Ice baby- Vanilla Ice

Mary Jane's Last Dance- Tom Petty

Artists we don't like? Tom Petty? Seriously? Only has 2 of the most recognized All-American songs of all time with Free Fallin' and American Girl!

Life in the Fast Lane - The Eagles
  • ohiotiger33
I hate both of those songs with a passion. ESPECIALLY free fallin. The only singer I find has a worse voice is Bob Dylan (though I love his songwriting).

***I would argue that the Eagles are waaaaaay more of an icon than Petty***

    Love the eagles.

The Eagles suck ass. The most boring "iconic" band of all-time. The only reason I like Life in the Fast Lane is because it sounds like a ZZ Top song to me.

Of course, that is all IMO. Obviously.

    The Doors... Roadhouse Blues
I find the doors music very depressing for me... JMO . I can understand why people like them, but it is not my cup of tea.

I hate Life In the Fast Lane. Only song by them I can stand is Hotel California.

No I agree. To each his own. I really like Witchy Woman, Desperado, Lyin Eyes, etc. I don't need super hard rock to be entertained though. My favorites are the Beatles, Pink Floyd, etc.

Agree on the Doors. I never "got" them. But I can listen to their song Touch Me. Really like that one.
